We're excited that you're interested in joining us. Here's some information to help you understand what it's all about.
HANDS ON is the BSSH Patient Network that combines patients, family members, caregivers, and the general public who want to contribute to the work of the BSSH (British Society for Surgery of the Hand). We have various ways for you to get involved, such as reviewing research ideas, participating in committees, ensuring clear communication of patient information, and more.
Our goal is to make sure that patients and the public have a say in the work of the BSSH, including its research and the results it produces. We want to ensure that the views and needs of patients and the public are taken into account.
By getting involved, you can make a real difference in the development of treatments that improve the lives of people with hand conditions. Researchers need to hear about your experiences living with hand conditions and undergoing treatment, so your input is really important.
